• Order information — delivery addresses, order history and payment method choices. We never store card numbers.
• Messages — contact form submissions, custom cake requests and reviews you choose to submit.
• Technical data — basic logs (such as IP address) used for security and fraud prevention.

• To process and deliver your orders and send order-related emails.
• To respond to enquiries and custom cake requests.
• To send our newsletter — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure (for example, limiting repeated failed logins).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not store debit/credit card details. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. our delivery riders see your address) or where the law requires it.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your shopping cart. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms, payments proofs and uploads are stored in protected folders, and administrative access is role-restricted and logged.
