By placing an order with IVANIAN BAKERY you agree to the terms below. Last updated: 29 July 2026.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (with a full refund of amounts paid).

All prices are displayed in NGN and include applicable charges except delivery, which is calculated at checkout. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, pay on pickup or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.

Delivery dates and time slots are estimates we work hard to meet. Someone must be available to receive perishable goods at the delivery address. If delivery fails because no one is available, redelivery fees may apply. Pickup orders not collected on the scheduled day cannot be guaranteed fresh and may be forfeited after 24 hours.

Custom cake quotations are valid for 7 days. Production begins only after the agreed deposit is received. Design elements are handcrafted; minor variations from inspiration photos are normal and are not grounds for refund. Cancellation of cakes in production is not possible.

Our kitchen handles gluten, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. While we list allergens per product, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. Customers with severe allergies order at their own discretion. See our Allergy Information page.

By submitting reviews or images you grant us permission to display them on our website. We may decline or remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
